libdlm3 software package provides Red Hat cluster suite - distributed lock manager library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdlm3
libdlm3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdlm3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdlm3 *
You will get with libdlm3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
